Job Responsibilities:

  • To attend walk-in customers and understand their needs
  • Communicating customer orders with HO and ensure right product delivery on time
  • Get proper feedback form filled form the customer
  • Updating CRM with customer data in a timely manner
  • Giving estimates to customers for items, not in stock
  • Sending daily sales report as per company format to the Marketing head
  • Understanding sales offer and promotions to convey them properly to the customers
  • Planning and executing small events at the store to generate awareness of the brand
  • Operating of accounting software
  • To manage inventory of the store based on season, current trends, and market demands
  • To plan and execute exhibitions in the respective city
  • Call & follow up with clients for sales
  • Make store level offers after internal discussion with the Store Manager for Whatsapp marketing
