Job Responsibilities:
- To attend walk-in customers and understand their needs
- Communicating customer orders with HO and ensure right product delivery on time
- Get proper feedback form filled form the customer
- Updating CRM with customer data in a timely manner
- Giving estimates to customers for items, not in stock
- Sending daily sales report as per company format to the Marketing head
- Understanding sales offer and promotions to convey them properly to the customers
- Planning and executing small events at the store to generate awareness of the brand
- Operating of accounting software
- To manage inventory of the store based on season, current trends, and market demands
- To plan and execute exhibitions in the respective city
- Call & follow up with clients for sales
- Make store level offers after internal discussion with the Store Manager for Whatsapp marketing
