Job Details:

  • Working on content designing, layout, and 3D elements in a VR and XR environment.
  • Understanding of visual designing concepts, user flows, and course structure.
  • Ability to present designs and concepts to various stakeholders.
  • Experience in editing video and audio in Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Trim and add video clips according to the sequence.
  • Review the script and raw materials and create a sequence list based on the different scenes.
  • Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running.
  • Developing graphical assets on Adobe Photoshop.
  • Create HTML pages, write CSS
  • Develop training content for business software and/or technical software topics for instructor-led training and/or eLearning
  • Develop training material for enterprise applications
  • Familiarity with scientific principles in cognition that support better learning
  • A good eye for developing learning experiences that include text, graphics, videos, and simulations
  • Ability to learn new applications quickly, and transfer those skills to others
  • Must enjoy the challenges and opportunities of a fast-paced environment
  • Strong work ethic, initiative, and drive.

Desired Profile:

  • Front end design and development on user interface platforms and websites.
  • Can work on Adobe Premiere.
  • Knowledge of eLearning concepts will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to review the content materials and assets.
  • Working knowledge of cropping images and creating infographics on Adobe Photoshop will be an added advantage.
  • Should have a good eye for identifying issues and effectively resolving them.
  • Excellent communication and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in one of the industries we support: e-Learning, pharma, Insurance, Government
  • Ability to read/understand one or more front-end code formats, including JavaScript and JSON, HTML, and CSS
  • Experience using eLearning development tools like Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate
  • Experience in AICC / SCORM compliant packages is a must
  • Experience with capturing images and using screen capture tools such as Snagit
  • Experience with video recording and editing using tools such as Camtasia
  • Experience with the Salesforce Platform
  • Experience with web and UI design
