Large-scale DeltaV process automation implementation
Delivered an end-to-end DeltaV process automation system implementation with more than 12,000 CHARMs I/O for an active manufacturing facility. The project included ISA-88-compliant process control strategies, functional requirements for reactors, crystallizers, and utility systems, software testing and validation, and MES integration supporting electronic production records.
Front-end automation design
Delivered front-end automation study and design for a new process manufacturing facility. The engagement included automation philosophy, clean-in-place and steam-in-place control strategies, design and coding standards, OEM equipment integration, alarm-management standards, batch design, and functional requirements supporting the facility’s automation environment.
Downstream process expansion
Delivered automation design for a downstream production expansion, including preparation and hold systems and complex valve-array architecture. The project included 18 hold units, more than 200 mix-proof valves, recipes, phases, equipment-module strategies, advanced CIP/SIP designs, and process controls designed for a highly controlled manufacturing environment.
