Q: Gaston, tell us briefly about Paktolus and its emerging role in the region

Q: As head of LATAM’s fintech group, tell us more about your activities. What kinds of companies do you serve, and in what capacity?

A: We serve a wide spectrum of financial institutions — from community banks and credit unions to fintech startups and mid-sized insurers. Our work involves two key roles: first, enabling them to digitize core processes such as onboarding, payments, lending, and compliance; and second, acting as strategic advisors by aligning their transformation needs with the right mix of global platforms and local expertise.
